Kirkman also serves as consulting producer of The Talking Dead, the popular talk show hosted by Chris Hardwick that deep dives into each week’s episode of both The Walking Dead and its companion series Fear the Walking Dead. Kirkman is co-creator, writer and producer of The Walking Dead’s companion series, Fear the Walking Dead.
He is also executive producer of the AMC series Robert Kirkman’s Secret History of Comics, and the Korean pre-apocalyptic drama, Five Year. Kirkman’s popular demonic-exorcism comic, Outcast, was adapted and produced for Cinemax. His second longest running coming book series Invincible is currently being adapted for a live action movie for Universal and an animated series for Amazon. Kirkman will serve as Executive Producer on both adaptations.
Robert is also the Chairman of Skybound Entertainment. Robert, an advocate for creator rights, co-founded Skybound alongside his longtime business and producing partner David Alpert in an effort to ensure creators are able to maintain their intellectual property rights and creative control.
Chris Samnee has drawn comics for Image/Skybound, Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, IDW, Vertigo and Oni Press. Artist of Daredevil, Rocketeer, Captain America, Thor: The Mighty Avenger, Black Widow and other titles. Chris lives in St. Louis, MO with his lovely wife and three daughters.

This is the second of two volumes of the great comic book "Firepower" from Walking Dead author Robert Kirkman and great art by Chris Samnee with glorious coloring by Matt Wilson. The wonderful thing about this series is that people change and evolve throughout it, and the concept of "family" as a cornerstone of the series is very pleasing. If you're tired of things never changing in comics, you should buy this and the first volume--I did, even though I bought the individual comics as they were released!

La conclusión es satisfactorio, el arte es muy bueno y la historia es sencillo pero se desarrolla bien.
Samnee salva un flojo guión
El primer tomo de fire power (la "novela gráfica" que iniciaba la serie) tenía el encanto y frescura de una historia que, aunque no era muy novedosa en sus maneras, resultaba entretenida, divertida (algo para lo que está especialmente dotado Samnee, y que había demostrado más brillantemente Mark Waid en Daredevil), gráficamente brillante,... para luego perderse en un buenismo familiar y muchas, muchas, muchas vueltas y revueltas de guión (como en invencible, tal cual). Acababa ese primer supertomo con los 15 primeros números con la ¿promesa? de un draconiano futuro. Este segundo tomo sigue con más y más giros de guión rocambolescos que no aportan mucho (muchas vueltas de masa, poco relleno), más y más luchas repetitivas, nuevos personajes que pasan fugaz e inadvertidamente, promesas de ominosas revelaciones que quedan en nada, sensibleria ñona, tragedias anunciadas, climax que acaban en bombas de humo... ¿por qué, entonces, le doy 4 estrellas? Porque a pesar de todo está brillantemente dibujado (aunque en ocasiones parece que le ha faltado tiempo) y entretiene, como una película antigua de Bruce Lee. ¡Viva la escuela kungfu bola de fuego!No busques otra cosa en este cómic.
