If you’re honest with yourself and brave enough to take accountability for how you got to the end of a relationship these essays will help you recover and move forward. This book will also help make readers understand women better. The themes are universal and resonate with anyone going through depression associated with a divorce, bad breakup, or getting out of a bad relationship.

Truly one of the best books I have ever read. I keep reading-reading it over and over trying to absorb the wisdom. I can't say enough about how much this book has helped me move on from some very difficult life circumstances. I keep it in my nightstand so I can refer back in times of need. Highly recommend!

Having trouble deciding if you should leave or stay this is the book for you. I have not finished this book yet, so I will write another review later. I highly recommend this book to everyone if your not sure what to do this book will help you through every emotion your going through. I was surprised that my feelings, pain, insecurity, anger, frustration, hurt and more is normal I thought I was the only one to feel like I'm going crazy. I'm not crazy, and neither are you. This book will make you cry, but its a healthy cry and its a good cry the kind we all need. Things may feel hopeless right now, this book does not bash relationships at all. This book does not encourage you to work on your relationship either. Its a book to help guide you and help you understand your feelings and those feeling are real and its a book about learning to love yourself and know what you deserve in a relationship, and its what everyone deserves in life, relationships and all other transitions we go through. You will start to feel better about your choices. More confident, and you will start to understand about what its like to be in a relationship or single without expecting anything in return. This book also talks about past relationships and the damage it he caused and why your relationships after don't work out. You will learn to let go and not feel guilty or blame yourself. Read it! I promise you this is one of the greatest books I have ever read.

I seen this book on TikTok and I wanted to order it on Bolo, but couldn’t wait for it to get here fast enough through the mail so I downloaded it on my Kindle app. I finished it within a week and I could never put the book down as soon as I picked it up. This provided me closure after a very rough relationship of almost 3 years. The last chapter was more than enough, Thank you.

Je peux vous dire que ça en valait vraiment la peine. Chaque chapitre m'a bouleversé. C'est un ouvrage très enrichissant qui permet de retrouver espoir ou, à tout le moins, de prendre du recul face à une situation émotionnellement complexe.Ce livre m'a énormément aidé, donc je le recommande chaleureusement. C'était une magnifique découverte, une bonne thérapie.D'ailleurs, une amie l'a acheté suite à ma recommandation, et elle a aimé, alors même qu'elle est en couple et que tout va bien pour elle. Je pense que ce livre peut être utile à quiconque souhaite mieux comprendre les relations amoureuses, apprendre à laisser partir certaines personnes, et à vivre sans toujours chercher à être en couple.
