This book is really amazing, so much helpful information for nursing students and for NCLEX exam. this book is perfect to study for NCLEX. So much easy to understand. Each lab value has defineded so well. The best thing is the price, anyone can afford to buy. I was so scared for lab values and all for nclex. After I started reading this book, I feel very confident about lab values. I would highly highly recommend this book. I so happy that I found this book with really good price on Bolo. Thank you superhero nurse.

I love the Lab values guides, it has helped me retain countless amounts of information for my NCLEX exam. I get excited when I look on Bolo to see all of the other titles that I could purchase to help me with my career as a Registered Nurse. The price of the guides are great and the fact that they're all digit is fantastic. I could access my guides wherever I am, on my phone or tablet....how convenient.I will continue to use these guides for years to come if I ever should need a refresher.

This book contains Lab values that you must know to crack NCLEX easily. Lab values vary according to the machine being used by a particular lab facility so, when in doubt, refer to the reference values listed along with the labs. In larger facilities, lab draws are done by laboratory professionals but it is still an important thing for nurses to know how to do. This book also contains many other tips and tricks that nursing professionals should know throughout their life. It is really a collection of references for nursing professional.

This is absolutely a must have for nurses because they are the very first person to attend to this kind of patient’s need. All the information for the laboratory values, procedures and their specific purposes were given with best accuracy. I like the explanations or reasons provided on each lab test, it will give a better idea to the patients why they have to undergo such test. Nurses will be equipped with these helpful guidelines and to be ready for NCLEX. The book is concise and straight to the point. I will highly recommend this.

PROS:Each lab value is accompanied by a relevant explanation, which makes the values easier to rememberThe book and conciseThe book is thin and can be easily carriedI like the table of contentCONS:Chase neither cites sources nor provides his own credentials. (I cannot recommend this book until I know his credentials)The book is a bit outdated as it was published in 2015; a few values are "minutely" out of date.
