This book (and the others) have been on my list for a long time. I was so happy to see it on sale, so I grabbed it and couldn’t be happier. The illustrations are beautiful and it’s filled with information. I can’t wait to get the rest and finish the collection.

I love just about everything produced by DK, but this Anthology series is a real stand-out. Contrary to the typical DK format - white background with lots of photos or illustrations - this artistic book has a single topic and artwork for each page. The cover is richly embossed. The quality is exceptional for the price. Buy the whole series for a beautiful collection!

I read this book every night with my 8 year old. I LOVE this series, but I loved space and ocean more. It may just be my preference, so I still have 5 stars. My son and I are going through every book in the series, and he (and I!) love it. I got National Geographic too, and that didn’t stand a chance against this series. Great photos, easy to read and understand. Chef’s kiss.

I am on a mission to collect all the books serie fot this gold plated DK series.It is beautifully made with amazing secrets to learn in 30 sec of reading.I already have " An Anthology of our Extraordinary Earth" , " The Mysteries of the Universe " and now " The Wonders of Nature".Still have to buy 2 or 3 more and will have them all.

The book is good for 10 y kids or younger if he/she has interest in nature.It has tons of knowledge and covers one topic of class 12 that is animal world.As a teacher I can assure u the main problem teaching with 11 and 12 students is their lack of knowledge or knowledge limited to school books, which seriously lack in knowledge and also are out dated…It’s good to develop reading knowledge and have wide knowledge from early age…The book is good and has ton of info…
