My son loves it. I think the authors mailed it in a little bit on this one. The original Good Night, Good Night, Construction Site is fantastic, I highly recommend it. This one is just not as good. Things don’t make as much sense; I feel like they didn’t spend as much time perfecting it. I work on construction sites, so maybe I’m being overly critical, but that’s my honest opinion.

I have a child who loves excavators and is just learning to count. This put the 2 of those things together well.

The media could not be loaded. We’re a big fan of the original Goodnight, Goodnight construction site books and bought this one to add into our bedtime book routine. Our son is learning to count and loves being able to count along and talk about the different construction vehicles.
A great book for practicing counting
This is a great followup to Goodnight Goodnight Construction Site that focuses on counting items at a construction site (piles of dirt, holes in the ground, trenches, boulders, etc.). My son improved his counting and his spacial awareness of the items he counts by reading this book and counting by pointing at each item.It's well-written and the rhymes are smooth, so even though my son can easily count now, he still likes reading this book.

Last Minute purchase. Purchased for a baby shower. Child loves the book. Good pictures. Easy read. A must have for any child that loves construction books. Bolo prime order came fast.
