Frankly, this one you just don't won't to put down! I absolutely love how the author introduces explanation of the book format that's provides necessary understanding to the reader. He distinguishes immediately in Lesson -1 Leaders vs. Managers.......This is perfect timing for be and has confirmed what I've learned from only one other book. I thank God this book is definitely a worthy investment in my personal and professional life!!!DON'T WAIT, GET IT!!!

As a manger of many areas of military manufacturing an aircraft repair, I wish I had taken this course decades ago. Now that I am long retired, I am reliving some of the many things I did right, along with those that might have been done better. This course, does however, cover many of the concepts that were available to me from the University of Maryland back in the 50s. I would highly recommend this management course to anyone who is in any form of leadership and the desire to improve their ability to lead better. While I have not completed this course; I am in the tenth lesson, have bought the accompanying book for future reference and am completely satisfied with its content and common sense leadership skills. Soon, I hope to earn the certificate, and although it is not the same as a degree, I believe it would be an asset to an aspiring leader at any level.

This is an excellent book if you are looking to develop your leadership and management skills. It also allows for you to go on to the company's website and take test from chapters in the book and receive certificates in the study of management. I recommend the book for anyone looking to develop their leadership and management skills.

I like the chapter divisions, I can easily jump to the sections I'm interested in. Despite my prior knowledge and experience, this serves as a refresher course for me. Well written though somewhat repetitive. I'd certainly recommend this to someone with little or no managing experience.

What a great investment of my time as I can work at my own pace and still acquire the necessary skills by writing an end of the module test and end up with a certificate of achievement which is a nice motivator and reward.Well put together of basic business skills.

There were a lot of subjects covered in this. I was made aware of practices & principles that I previously have not thought of. I would recommend this book to anyone starting out or wanting to improve their management skills.
