This was so cute and it fits in my pocket and in my small purse as well. This was perfect and I love it because it's the English standard version. I was hoping I could find the Old testament in English standard version as well from the same company but I can't find it

The media could not be loaded. If these were priced more economically, I would love to buy a case of them, and keep Several in my vehicle at all times so that I can hand them out wherever I go, as I’m talking to people about Jesus. With this tiny little Bible, you put the Gospel In anybody’s hands, anywhere, at any time. When they say “pocket size“ they’re not kidding. I imagine a man could tuck this in his trouser pocket, front or back, and it would not create any distortion at all, certainly not anymore than a cell phone would. I imagine the compactness of this Bible is the main reason people buy it. I can read it without my glasses, which is more than I can say for most instruction labels on products that I buy. If you are a woman looking for a compact Bible for your purse, you can definitely go up to a larger size than this one. This one is small enough to fit in the breast pocket of a shirt. This is basically the same kind of Bible like those little Gideon new Testaments most of us received at vacation Bible school when we were kids, but the cover on this is much softer, and the pages flip and turn easily. Lastly, this being the English standard version, as opposed to archaic Shakespearean English that the average American struggles to, read, is another reason it’s so great to hand out to people you’re trying to introduce to the Bible. I wish they could offer this excellent quality at a lower price so I could buy cases of them. I’ll watch for them to go on sale. Meanwhile, I can snatch up a few here and there as my budget allows.

The media could not be loaded. I’m doing campus ministry. And I bring a lot in my bag during classes. I also keep walking as I coordinate within the campus. My bible is heavy and with this pocket Bible, my bag is less heavy. It’s also good for evangelism and for outings. It’s very light and I like that it has Psalms and Proverbs. I like the design of th cover and the font size. ++ the red font.

Despite the pictures, I didn't really grasp just how small this book is. Mind you, it's the size I was hoping for. The text is remarkable clear. I can read it without my glasses, and it is a red-letter Bible. The binding is strong and thorough, so I expect it to hold up for years of frequent use. Despite the small size, it is by no means stiff. There is no fighting with it to stay on a certain page. It easily remains open. It's nice to have such a portable copy of the New Testament in the form of a modern translation (say what you will about the ESV, I like it and will debate why). That it includes Psalms and Proverbs in the tiny format is useful and impressive. The price is right, you can't go wrong.

I was surprised when this tiny bible arrived as I thought I’d ordered the 5”x7”ish sized bible and this one is a micro NT with Psalms version. So, it lives in my purse and I actually love it.
