About the Author
Dale Earnhardt Jr. is an American professional stock car racing driver, champion team owner, businessman, NASCAR analyst, and inductee into the NASCAR Hall of Fame. He won a record 15-straight NASCAR Most Popular Driver awards from 2003 to 2017, consecutive NASCAR Busch Series Championships in 1998 and 1999, and the prestigious Daytona 500 in 2004 and 2014. He is the author of the?New York Times?bestselling?Racing to the Finish?and?Driver #8, as well as the Buster the Race Car children's book series. Dale lives in Mooresville, North Carolina, with his wife, Amy, and their two daughters, Isla and Nicole.
Ela Smietanka is a Polish illustrator. She followed her dreams of becoming an artist, graduating from the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, where she now lives with her husband, two sons, and a cat named Brush. Ela loves the mountains and tries to reach the summit once a week.

Just discovered Dale Jr and Amy were designing children’s books. Another birthday gift for a 6 yr old. It was a first read when opened. Dale Jr and Amy keep the great work. Thank you

When we finally got it....I just sat down to read it and what a great book to share with your kids/grandkids....not to be a spoiler, but if you don't win, you help someone else to win!!! I bought this because of the author, but will make sure everyone (including grandkids) read the book and the message within it!!! Thank you Dale Jr for writing it!!!

This is a Children's book that I read to my twin boys, and they loved this book so much. I loved the teamwork message that was in this book. I found the pictures super cute, and the story itself was well written with a great message. I have since brought a copy of this book. I received an ARC of this book. This review is my own honest opinion about the book like all my reviews are.

My 3 year old son will not go to bed if I do not read him this book. He loves it. It's a great story for kids. My son loves racing so this book is perfect for him. Really hope JR writes more.
