This is my third devotional by this author. Having purchased others from different authors, Sarah Young’s are hands down the BEST! Easy to read, and includes the Bible verse references as well. I now have Jesus Always, Jesus Calling and now Jesus Listens. All equally amazing! I have given these as gifts to my mom and sister, as well as the children’s version to my young niece.

I am thoroughly blessed each time I read the daily prayer from “Jesus Listens”. Written by author Sarah Young, her prayers provide deeply thoughtful prayers based on scriptures, which are included at the end of the prayer. I always read the scriptures before reading the prayer. The prayers provide a daily opportunity to worship God & commune w/Him.

This is a good addition to the authors other book "Jesus Calling". This is a prayer book and is very meaningful.

Served its purpose
I bought this book to help me pray and get closer to God. It has served its purpose over the last year. It is a great devotional that is written very well. Each day includes a prayer and a few Bible verses to look up. I like that Sarah Young bases her prayers on Scripture. I do wish she didn't use so many different translations, but that is my only critique. I bought another copy as a gift.
