I purchased this book for a hybrid and EV class thinking it was a good deal for the book and code displayed in the product picture. I received the textbook bent and slightly damaged, but none of the pages were fully torn or missing so I didn't think much of it. Then upon looking for the CDX code, I didn't find one in the book. I contacted customer support who sent me a replacement that also didn't have the code. I looked through the description again to see if I missed something, but it clearly talks about online resources and doesn't mention the code not being included. It wasn't until I watched the video (that looks like it's from the CDX website) that something explicitly said that the code wasn't included. Do yourself a favor and just buy from the CDX website for the book or code.

The book is more of introductory to every area covered and has less information on pure battery electric vehicles as i would have preferred
