5.0 out of 5 stars Convenient book
Good source for background info on veterinary compounding
1.0 out of 5 stars Not as described
Anyone purchasing this from the description will undoubtedly be disappointed to see it covers the first class of pharmacy schools compounding lab.I read the description as providing actual formulations. I can do the math myself, I need compatibility of excipients, components and capsule size. That’s called compounding.FDA <797> and clean room protocols? Very disappointed after a long wait for publication.
5.0 out of 5 stars RUN DONT WALK TO PURCHASE
Im writing this after the previous review stating this is elementary pharmacy school information. However, this is ABSOLUTELY ideal for new and old veterinarians alike. I am able to provide another level of service to my clients. I was always very nervous about drug compounding but the step by step instruction in this book allowed me to grasp what I needed to not only compound myself but also train my staff.I think every veterinary clinic needs to read this and have this! A complete no brainer.
5.0 out of 5 stars For Veterinarians
