So happy I ordered this book! I have Instant Pot and it had not been used in a long time. I just couldn't honestly understand how to fully use it, so I gave up. That's all changed now that I bought this cookbook. Not only have I found great recipes in it, but there are so many great tips and a lot of useful information about the instant pot. Now the pot is permanently taken out of the cupboard and on my kitchen counter. Thank you for helping to make cooking so much easier! Love this book!!!!!

I had this from my local library and decided to purchase a copy. This is in excellent condition and arrived quickly. The only issue I had was that the book was mailed in a plastic bag. The temp in TX is well over 100°. I had to peel the plastic from the back cover.

I thought that it would give tips on the use of Instant Pot. Simply gave you the same minimal directions that were included with the pot. The bulk of the book is recipes that you probably never use. Nothing but a glorified cookbook.

Great variety of recipes.
I really like this book. I gave it as gifts (after checking it out for myself) to 2 people we for whom we had gifted the Instant Pots also. They both are newbies with pressure cooking and are enjoying trying new recipes in the different categories from this "Instant Pot Cookbook For Dummies."I recommend this cookbook.

2.5 stars I made the mistake of judging from the reputation of 'for Dummies' books, and the positive reviews without realising they were almost all from the USA. The book is written more as an encouragement to people to start cooking instead of eating 'takeouts' rather than explaining the ins and outs of a pressure cooker - a list of storecupboard ingredients? how to plan meals for a week? Not what I was after, at all. There are a range of recipes, but an expensive book when about a third of it isn't related to the pressure cooker or is information provided with the cooker. Returned.
