I'm in a counseling MA program and doing my practicum/internship. The first thing my supervisor did was loan me her copy of this book and have me read the sections for my first clients' concerns. It is a very useful tool especially for new counselors and I refer back to it frequently as I get new clients with new concerns. Very much so recommend it.

Expected to be better, didn't reach my expectations. I'd rather choose the short term plans mentioned than the long monotonous one which seems to be repeating.
