Jesse’s cinematic vegetable-focused cooking videos on Instagram reach up to 2.1 million views – solidifying his status as a new star on the UK cooking scene. A relative newcomer to social media, Jesse grew up in LA, combining work in a professional kitchen with life as a sponsored skateboarder. The perfect guide to cooking vegetables beautifully and as a main course. Most books about veg are diet, calorie counting bores. This book is the antidote to that. Easy to follow and the results were phenomenal. Super happy with this purchase.

The recipes are easy enough to make but always with an interesting twist. I love the personal stories woven throughout and the photos are beautiful.
