If you only read one book, besides The Bible of course, in your life you have to get this book. This book has changed my life. Was given to me years ago and was very worn and had to take very good care of it, was starting to come apart was so old. Couldn’t find in print until here on Bolo recently. Bought for my son, wasn’t sure he would actually read it. He took his time reading it. Unknown to me. I noticed a change in him and the way he was speaking but didn’t really think that deep about it. He came out of his room, holding this book i gave him. I finished this book. He said this book has changed my life and I now understand what it means to actually pray. This man has The Holy Spirit Mama and he was just a farmer. Your tongue is a very powerful weapon and we have to be careful what we say and what we say to people. He went on and on. Yes. This is a very powerful book. It is all about how we use our tongue and yes our tongue is the most powerful weapon in our body. You can destroy people with it. You can destroy yourself with what you say, your family, etc. Get this book. You won’t regret it. 5+Stars

Very informative and helpful in showing us how words either bless us or curse us. It is so important to be aware of what we say and how we say it, either to someone else or ourselves.

The best book I have ever read on the power of words, written by the Apostle of Confession: Charles Capps.

Someone in '01 wrote about this book, "Forget using a highlighter to mark your favorite passages in this book; just dip the whole book in yellow ink"; and I second that emotion. I could not have said it better. It was recommended to me by a grade school chum and I could not have read it at a better time.As Mr. Capps said, "Quit praying the problem and speak the answer". I now watch and consider my words. It is actually fun watching the transformation and funny thing is, it doesn't cost a thing and I am confident that the result(s) will be well worth it.The book is written simplistically, can be read in a day. I am passing it on to my children.A very positive read.

I 've been a Christian for some time and I have read many books on various ways to achieve englightenment you might say in my Christian understanding of Christ's mission while he lived amongst us here on Earth. And I have read other books on the tongue or the words we say or speak in relation to our faith, but this book even in the first few chapters has really opened my eyes as to how important it is to use our words wisely! This is an excellent book for any Christian to understandhow greatly important it is to use our words and the tongue carefully! in every aspect of our lifeAny believer who wishes to unlock and grasp something very important to their walk in faith would be greatly enriched by this bookand excellent author, I really recomend this book.....
