As others have mentioned, this prayer book is so precious! It has so many wonderful prayers, including those of the rosary with the mysteries, those we recite in mass, and daily prayers, along with other golden nuggets of wisdom and love and full color images. This was also a available in my favorite color, emerald green which was a nice little bonus in a soft leather like cover, so well made and a beautiful prayer book I hope to be a family heirloom. Thank you.

One of the best prayer books ever. Excellent product. The type is perfect size. Contains stations of the cross, examination for penance, lots of prayers, perfect to take to mass or at home. Nice green cover.

Received replacement promptly. Very happy, and this book did have a sticker but it came off easily and left no mark. I just purchased another prayer book for my husband.

I bought this book based on the reviews, but was disappointed. It has a number of prayers I will rarely use (Prayer for Cities?) and much of the book is very elementary. The Rosary and Stations take up much of the book. Too bad because I loved the pretty green cover and really hoped for a more comprehensive prayer book but this isn't it.

Beautiful contents and easy to read - but inferior binding
This prayer book has been a staple from Catholic Book Publishing for several decades, being revised from time to time to remain current with changes in the liturgy of the Mass.It has the most unusual twin benefits of being both small enough to be very portable whilst also having nice big readable print.The contents offer a wide spectrum of devotion, meeting almost any prayer need imaginable. Indeed, if a person could have only one prayer book then this would be it.An added attraction is the profuse illustrations, both line drawings and colour plates, which greatly add to meditation and devotion.In more recent years, the publisher have issued this book in a supple imitation leather cover with a durable spine and even a gold embossed Celtic cross.However, it now appears that they have reverted to a previous cover design minus the Celtic cross and using an inferior grade of vinyl. Most annoying however is the fact that when opens the book to use it the binding splits suggesting that it will not last particularly long.
