For fans of tantra, newbies or long time practitioners, this book is an absolute joy. Ms. Richardson explores the tantric realms with a uniquely feminine perspective, and she does so with grace and insight. Her studies with the amazing Osho are also highlighted here, as she pulls out some of the master's best tidbits on this subject, and expertly integrates his wisdom with her own. Don't let the title fool you into thinking this is just a book on gratuitous pleasure - this is a truly deep and explorative text that gently navigates these marvelous energies. Ms. Richardson's use of language to describe this journey is just gorgeous, and the exercises cover both those an individual can do, and of course couples as well. Lots of surprises about the tantric path in here as well, but they all feel spot-on perfect. Thank you Diana for this marvelous book :)

I loved this book since the day I picked it up, I read more than I thought I would read, and put it down. I never forgot what I read, and years passed with me forgetting about it. Never let someone rip a book like this away, because I just wish I didn’t waste 7 years away from this book. I’m not alone anymore with this one. Thank you Bolo.

A friend shared about this book and I gave it a shot! It was an interesting concept to me. Something I hadn't heard before.I finished the book fairly quickly. 3 days about. I was a little skeptical that my husband would be open to this.I can say that this has changed our sex life and I love how in depth this book is in explaining this concept of lovemaking. She gives examples as well and helps throughout. I felt a huge change and shift once we put these concepts to use. We feel so much more connected. This book has changed my life. :)I wish I would have read this book before marriage! And I have also shared this with close friends.

Beautifully written book on bringing depth and newness into our sexual experiences and allowing sex to be a pathway into Spirit.

All start by saying if you’re a tantric practitioner or follow it, this is most likely a 5 star product. If you’re not and like me just curious as to how they view sex, it’s hit or miss. I’ll start by saying I absolutely loved learning about the polarities between men and women. How we contrast and feel differently, while coming to the same answer just inverse. It focuses more on the spiritual aspects of intercourse and less so on the physical. They’ll make mention often of abstaining from using the clitoris and emphasizing more on the breasts for example. Personally, the issues begin when large chapters are devoted to individual experiences and tantric techniques that kept going on in detail long past its welcome.

Ok so I haven't finished the book as yet but WOW! I am only on chapter 6 BUT what an eye opener! Like the previous review said "Don't be put off by the cover" its a very informative book for us women.I have only JUST realised from this book....... my last birth really threw me off balance, it was a very traumatic birth of my last child and as a woman once baby was here you just carry on, brush it to one side and look after baby/family etc.anyway few month later my thyroid went over active and tbh I have just felt like crap ever since, knock on effect with hubby etc.......... and this has been going on for 3 years !!I have already felt massive emotional and physical changes from reading this book and its definitely one I will read again and again.Anyone thinking of buying this book DO IT ...........it will help/work wonders you!!!! Get you back to being the strong feminine woman that you are!!Hope this review has helped
