I am a building ops mgr. for a school district, I bought this work book for two new employees they studied for two weeks and both passed their special class C boilers license with high scores

Safe Boiler Operation Fundamentals, was the only study-book I needed to pass my Special Class Engineer exam. I highly recommend this book. It was easy to read and follow. The interactive CD-ROM was a great help too. Trust me, when I say you only need this one book.

Well formatted for self instruction. CD-ROM has chapter quizzes. Flash cards. And a pre-test . Each chapter is filled with well designed, easy to follow diagrams. This workbook takes a technical subject and "spoon-feeds" it. If you can't write the test from this text, you don't belong anywhere near a boiler.
