I make the Betty Crocker Impossible Pie recipes. I usually look them up on the internet, but I thought it would be nice to have them in one place so I ordered this little book. If you have never tried these recipes, I highly recommend them. They are quick and easy to make and they are delicious. One that I particularly like is to make Chicken Broccoli pie. If you have a can of Costco 10 oz canned chicken breast, some chopped or broccoli pieces in the freezer, a bag of shredded cheese, Bisquick, milk and eggs, you can put this together in a greased pie plate in about 10 minutes. It bakes in about 30+ minutes and you have a delicious dinner. There are easy dessert pies in the recipe book as well.

I have not used the recipes yet, but I completely went through the book and earmarked which recipes I want to make in the near future. They look scrumptious and I look forward to making a few. I did notice the recipes are easy with not a lot of ingredients, and that's a plus for me.
