Working out of Toronto, Canada, Martin Popoff (martinpopoff.com) has penned more than 100 books on hard rock, heavy metal, classic rock, and record collecting, including Rush: The Illustrated History, The Clash: All the Albums, All the Songs, Led Zeppelin: All the Albums, All the Songs, Pink Floyd: Album by Album, Bowie at 75, AC/DC at 50, and Kiss at 50. In addition, he has appeared in Revolver, Guitar World, Goldmine, RecordCollector, bravewords.com, lollipop.com, and hardradio.com. Martin also worked on the award-winning documentaries Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage and ZZ Top: That Little Ol’ Band from Texas for Banger Films.

I just received this book yesterday and I must say it is quite impressive. The pictures are beautiful, the layout is top notch and the chronology is accurate. I am more of a casual KISS fan but I figured for their 50th anniversary I would buy the book.The writer Martin Popoff is superb at his craft. I cannot believe the number of books he has written on rock bands. I have yet to read this book but I plan on doing so very soon. I attended two of KISS’ End of the Road tour dates in Los Angeles in 2019 and 2023.I figured this book can be a reminder of the on again off again relationship I have had with this band. I followed them from 1977-1979 and again from 1982-1985. The rest of the years I attended shows here and there.I want to thank KISS for introducing me to rock music. They were a gateway to so many other bands and music genres.I believe this book will be the bookend of my life with KISS. Thank you Martin for what looks to be an amazing book! Looking forward to reading it!🤘🏻

This book is a ton of fun. I love Reading Martin's reviews and his books. I can tell you I don't agree with a lot of his opinions on albums but I really do enjoy hearing what he has to say. I think that you realize that you don't have to agree with someone to respect them for what they think. He likes to take some shots at my favorite band here but that doesn't hurt my feelings.

Well, they finished the "End-of-the-Road Tour" after 50 years of giving us great hard-rock music. I'm a huge fan and found this book to be every-bit-as-entertaining as KISS's own products (which this is NOT a KISS product). Nice job. Well done. Great pics. If you're a KISS fan (I am), get this book.
