The media could not be loaded. This is the latest in the series and our children of different ages have enjoyed each one. It's been fun hearing them share what they learn and interests them from this set.The illustrations and pictures are beautiful. There is typically a full page with a picture while the opposite page has details about the subject. Just enough interesting information to not overwhelm younger readers, while still providing plenty of details for the older ones.There are many creatures and plants discussed in the book that I've never heard of. I feel I've learned the most out of this book compared to the rest of the set, but likely because I don't know as much about aquatic life in general compared to what the other books cover.A genuine delight to flip through and learn from.

One of the most visually beautiful nature books for children I have ever had the pleasure to own. My 3 year old absolutely loves it as well as my 7 yr old niece. A definite gem in any childrens library that will bring joy and fascination to any child or adult that owns it.

Bought this for my daughter's birthday. She loves it! We read 2-3 animals every night. Love the pictures in the book. We then purchased the rest of the book in the series as well.

This is such a beautiful book. Bought this for my 7 year old son,and we read each page together and he really enjoyed it. Lots of interesting information on each creature. My son enjoyed learning about each creature while looking at each picture.

This book may be aimed towards children, but I could see this being a book you keep in your library even as you age up to adulthood. It is well made and the descriptions and information is educational but not “dumbed down” for a child s some things seem to be speaking to children if they are stupidly. This book does not do that. The photos are beautiful and great detail to help children fall in love with learning. The pages are coated so they will last well through multiple reads. I have no doubt that the children in my family will enjoy this for years.

Mesmerizing and enchanting book. My 4th and 5th grade boys LOVE these books. The facts are interesting and memorable and the artwork is exceptional. Fabulous collection!

Book corners were very damaged
Unfortunately the book corners were very damaged when I unpacked the book, I was unable to give it as a gift as planned.

This is a beautifully illustrated book for teenagers who are fascinated by the ocean. If your child loves facts, illustrations, and marine life, this book is an incredible adventure for young minds. It allows them to dive under the water and experience the magic of the oceans. Highly recommended! The hardcover and stunning illustrations invite young readers into the enchanting world of sea creatures, coral reefs, and even the mysterious depths.
Arrived damaged
Really disappointed because this was a birthday gift for my daughter, and it came damaged straight out of the box. If it wasn’t so difficult to return items in Portugal, I would ship it back.The book itself is great, with pictures as well as cute drawings.
