Katherine Olson-Goldman, J.D., has spent 25 years developing and teaching numerous courses in government and politics, law, and history, including AP United States Government and Politics, AP Comparative Government and Politics, and Practical Law. Ms. Olson-Goldman holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from DePaul University, a secondary teaching certificate from the University of Wisconsin, and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School where she was a Thomas More scholar and served on law review.
Nancy Fenton, M.A., teaches AP U.S. Government and Politics at the award-winning Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois. She has been teaching government and politics since 2003. A College Board consultant, she has a bachelor’s degree in history and holds two master’s degrees, one in psychology and the other in curriculum & instruction with a concentration in technology.

this wasn’t terrible but i regret buying it because the Princeton review served me better and i studied with that in 1 week too… this was awesome cause all the cases and foundational documents were there but that was like 15 pages. Mainly on me bcs i started using this book the day before the test… i think this would be REALLY helpful if you actually started a week before… also divided by units which i thought was really nice

This is also a great guide for teachers who are restructuring their courses to adhere to the new curriculum.

As a long-time AP Government teacher, I have always recommended the Crash Course review books to my students. This updated 2020 edition is awesome! The chapters about the updated exam questions are easy to understand and have excellent examples. The content chapters are easy to understand and short enough that my students will actually read them. The book is small, and the price is right. A great update to my favorite review book!
