This book has been a great bed time story book for my 3rd grader and kindergartener. My oldest reads the story to us each night and gives us an opportunity to learn about Jesus. My littlest loves the pictures.

Just received this for my 2 year old grand daughter. LOVE the way the stories are short with super brightly colored simple illustrations that she loves as they help keep her attention on the story. I'm a nurse with pediatric experience and I highly recommend this for young children. Even older kids will enjoy the stories because they are written in ways to keep the reader's attention.

Words like "Cut off his head"!!? For kids!!!?
This book is not what it says!. No parent will have their kids hear about "cut of head" and "killings" just before sleep and the words are not from someone who knows young minds. Poor and irresponsible.
