This version of the story was well received from our son, who absolutely loves The Nightmare Before Christmas. We ordered it in 2021 to read to him that Christmas and it's a great holiday bedtime story, Halloween included. It arrived in good condition. The illustrations are great and depict what happens in correlation to the movie well. Overall a great addition to any children's book collection.

I bought for a 5 and 3 year old. While I thought the movie and story was more appropriate for a 6 or 7 years old, evidently they parents have shown the movie to the kids. The story's characters are popular with kinds around Halloween and it has an interesting twist to the story. Very creative author, good quality book.
