I really enjoy the pattern books by Tone Finnager. She also creates the fabric that is displayed in her books. The quilts and toys that she has designed are displayed uniquely in her books. This particular book is all about Christmas with unique ideas, quilts, toys, and displays.

Only problem is that I had to make some adjustments on the pattern, the nose is way too small and redid the sleeve and coat pattern. But it's a fun project and turned out cute. I needle felted curly sheep wool for his beard rather than using yarn, looks more realistic.

I love all the Tilda books! I am hooked on all of her stuff! Outstanding graphics...ideas...and such whimsey!!! Can't wait to make these! Outstanding 5 Star book!I recommend buying all of her books if you love to sew! 0:D

Sehr schöne Ideen zum Nachbasteln und Nachnähen. Ich habe einiges aus dem Buch genäht und es geht wirklich ganz einfach. Auch für Anfänger leicht zu schaffen. Die Schnitte sind supereinfach und leicht zu Übertragen und zu Nähen.

This book is beautiful. It is really easy to follow and is a fab addition to my collection of this particular author. The characters are very folk art and look stunning. The book is jam packed with lovely Christmas ideas and again I would say that this is another must have. A lovely present for a sewer and has beginner friendly instructions and diagrams. I really love this book and will be using it to create the father Christmas this year. Highly recommeded.
