One of my toddler granddaughter’s favorite books. I have made the first part into a finger play that I do with her, and she loves to do it.

It’s so nonsensical but my kids (2.5 and 1.5) LOVE this book. We read it several times a day, and they quote it daily, as do my husband and I, lol.

I got this book to kill some time while I am on house arrest. My ankle monitor keeps me inside until the judge says run free my brother. I don’t usually read books so this one is pretty challenging but I really like it .The monkeys kind of freak me out but they play drums like me so rock on little dudes.

This was a small look book. That was packed full, with Happiness. My 4 yr. Old grandson, loved it. His Mom read it to him and his 1 year old Twins brothers.🤣😂 They listen and she showed them the pictures. Highly recommend and a great buy.

This is a classic. My son loved it many years ago. I haven’t read it since then but the rhythm and rhyme still remain in my head. I often give it to new moms, usually in the board book version.Update: Whoa, I just read some other reviews of the book. I didn’t realize the board book version left out some of the original (and captivating) text. Guess I will only be giving the hardcover version as a gift from now on. That’s the one my son loved so much.

I probably enjoyed this book more than my kids did, but they liked it too. Fun little book, fun pictures. The words stay with me to this day. "Hand picks an apple, hand picks a plum, dum-ditty-dum-ditty dum dum dum."

Lovely, both my 1year old n 5 year old loves it n dum ditty is their fave words of the book that they begin jumping with joy .
Best baby book
My child likes this book best of all so far. The rhyming scheme is appealing and easy to maintain and my child sometimes claps or beats along to it. Normally when my child is placed into the play pen, this book is the first one that is handed to me to be read. My child never loses interest in this book before we have finished reading it.
