The Spicy Moustache at work again! I love that he promotes care of the planet, and using as much as possible without waste. This book has some great healthy recipes, simple and easy to find ingredients for most. Not only are there food recipes, but drinks such as kombucha and also many skin recipes such as lip balm and lotions. Steps for everything is clear, simple and precise with many pictures to help as well!

I absolutely love this book! It’s super helpful and has quickly become one of my go-to resources in the kitchen. It's packed with easy, homemade recipes that are not only practical but also incredibly tasty. Every dish I’ve tried so far has turned out great. It’s well organized, beautifully presented, and worth every penny. If you enjoy cooking or want to make more meals from scratch, this book is a must-have!

I have used a recipe out of each section of the book and I cannot recommend this book enough for low waste beginners. Great book with ideas for Christmas presents or even gifts in general. Such a useful book
Simple and achievable.
I am very happy with the book. I have been waiting for the author to do something like this. If you’re not into plant based recipes, just substitute other ingredients. The bold headings were easy to see, just wish that all of the text was as easy to read.
