MONIQUE DONG loved drawing, imagining, and creating as a child. At age nineteen, she headed off to the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa, where she studied animation at City Varsity and discovered the magic of storytelling! She has worked on animation for the Disney Channel, including the series Florrie’s Dragons. Today, Monique is a freelance illustrator, and her passion is creating images that encompass light, life, warmth, and color.

My child loves this book. He is 3 1/2. Its been a struggle to train him, but this book has gotten him exited and encouraged him. We are still working at it, but progressing. One big tip, your attitude make it the most awesome exiting experience. Even when frustrated, hide it and be positive.

Book is very detailed to help teach your toddler the benefits of potty training. Paired with the YouTube video is very helpful. I do think it should have less words as they are full and long sentences which is hard to get a 2 year old to sit throughout the entire team but other than no complaints very informative book teaches how to use the potty and wash your hands. She also has the bean and small potty to accompany this book.

My son loves reading this book on the potty. When he is resisting I will remind him “you can do it-just like Bean bear!” And he really likes that. He feels proud of himself. It is always in the bathroom waiting for him to keep him calm and focused when it’s pooping time.

My son loves this book!! I swear my son is Bean, they share a love of cars. I like that the wee are potty training tips for parents. We love Ms. Rachel in our house!

Great potty training book! My toddler loves Ms. Rachel so we got this book along with the Bean stuffy and we were off to potty training. At first my toddler was SUPER against even trying or looking at the potty when we first introduced it. We started to listen to potty training music and read this book while he was on the potty he started to get super excited about it. Now he’s fully potty training after 2 weeks!

We love Ms Rachel so a potty book from her was a no brainer. My daughter hasn't started fully potty training but this book has caught her attention enough to show an interest. She thinks Bean is the cutest and loves the hand washing song. It's been so helpful in starting our training!

A great help for potty training
Ms Rachel has always been a fan favourite in our home. We found this book really great for introducing the concept of potty training to the little one, with faces and characters he was already familiar with.Loved how they explored the "feeling" of needing to use the potty too. A great book for little ones.
