I love the characters. A little preticlure on the plot. I want more of this story, the ending left you hanging. Quick read and a good story.

Good read but mostly predictable. I found that writer repeated sentences which i found rather odd. I enjoyed the characters and thought the storyline was sweat. I would have liked to see the ending play out just a bit longer, I felt it was rather cut off at the end.

I love Danielle Steel books. She is my favorite author but this one about another COVID type outbreak was too much. I will go back to her earlier books.

A woman who goes to Italy to surprise her husband comes unstuck when she finds out he has been in a relationship for two years and they are expecting a baby she goes to France to see her daughter and than gets stuck there for three months as a new virus takes hold and shuts the world down it is not all bad she finds love again

Excellent book by this prolific author. Like all her books this was hard to put down. You read into the early hours as you think 'just one more chapter' then read at least two more! Great characters, wonderful mix of highs and lows and surprises to keep you reading! What a privilege to be able to read so many different and totally engaging novels.
First time DS disappoints
I love DS. My go to if I want something light, loving but always with a twist. This one was shallow and unrealistic with a new pandemic.
