I really don't enjoy reading but this book drew me in. I didn't want to put it down, I just wanted to keep reading. God brings trials into our life to teach us. He totally taught Sandra but He is also teaching others through her words. Read it and find out who He is. You will not be disappointed.

The heart of our Heavenly Father is so beautifully portrayed in this book. I knew that on the days where I was struggling to connect with the Lord that I could pick up this book and be met by Him in such incredible ways. This book really began to til the hardened soil in my heart and allow for the Lord to speak to areas in my heart that he desired to heal. The imagery is so strong that I felt that I was watching a movie. Such a powerful story of the depth of love we feel from Jesus when we allow him to speak to us through the tragedy. The lens I viewed the Lord through was shattered while reading this book. This was the a jump start into a HUGE heart healing that the Lord is doing in my life. What a gift this book is to anyone who has the opportunity to read it. As I read, I loved watching the Fathers heart shine through the darkness.

Sandra Rohrer’s book, Known, is an absolute must read!! If you’ve ever struggled with tragedy or knowing Jesus, you must read this book. She allows herself to be completely raw and real with her audience as she takes you on her journey to finding hope, faith and love in a life full of tragic events. Her story is one of redemption for the soul and the way she shares who God is and his heart with her readers is inspiring. Reading her story has changed my life and impacted me in ways I never thought possible, just from reading a book.....because it is so much more than just a book!!

Like Sandra, I was also searching for my birth father. Therefore her story is especially touching to me. I was tempted to skip ahead, and to hurry through the book. But I decided not to power through KNOWN cover to cover, but just take a chapter / facet at a time. I felt so much closer to the author as I read her words and meditated on how God changed her tragedies to triumphs! Sandra’s story is a beautiful healing journey., and I for one am glad to have witnessed a portion of her growth through these pages.

I read this book in one day because I could NOT put it down. The author is truly gifted, and the book was real, emotional, and raw. It really encouraged me to start my own journey to learn the facets of God's heart and to really get to know my Lord and Savior intimately. If you're new to your faith, struggling with your faith (who isn't, really?), or even if you feel like you have it all figured out, I strongly encourage you to read this book. You won't regret it!

This book is a great illustration of who God wants to be for us. He is taken out of the box we try to place him in and we are shown his heart and how he can work into all areas of our lives. It will challenge your thoughts on God in a life changing way. It is a beautifully written dialogue with God which makes it so easy to read and understand his love toward us.

I bought the book, shipped as expected. I started reading the book at 10:00 pm usually I fall asleep reading within a few minutes. I could not stop reading! I read until nearly 6:00 AM the next morning. So good.
