This is a really great study bible especially if you are looking for a first time study bible it has lots of pages and is kind of heavy I used to be KJV only but have come to love the NKJV because its almost exactly like the KJV except it takes out the way they talked when KJV was releasedit doesnt include thee thou and words like sayeth instead has a lot of word you and better to understand. It is filled with God's love and grace and will help you to understand God's love and grace and also to study the bible. I got out of living a fear based relationship with God and living by works and having religious perfectionism this study bible has helped to reinforce the work of God's love and will help you if you read the bible and feel condemned or are struggling to understand. It's got great notes a big section rather than few which i didnt like that many study bibles dont have enough notes this has extra parts to help you to understand and also included prayers and has a good outline of yhe original text that is very well to read rather than making you feel overwhelmed. If you are looking for your first time study bible or are considering buying this I would reccomend it, don't be thrown off by the title of the study bible. Godbless.

IMPRESSED. Excellent quality leather binding and paper. Many study guides and notes. Print is NOT too small. I am a retired ordained pastoral counselor and teacher. I have many quality Bibles. This one will absolutely satisfy my needs while "on Earth" LOL.

I am in love with this Bible. Well, mostly Jesus, but this Bible is so beautiful. Everything about it. And even though it's not a large print book. The print is perfect even with my poor vision and even in the lower parts where it breaks everything down. I can still see it with my glasses without having to use an extra magnifier. I love the Kingdom dynamics and the pictures and the prayers. It's just, I recommend it to everyone. A lot of our top leaders in church use this Bible.

1st- I love The New Spirit Filled Bible. It is full of word studies, background information, and notes. It dives deeply and purposes to facilitate learning God's Word.2nd- I want to address some claims of other reviews. One reviewer said he could not recommend this version as he had issues with the prosperity gospel, as I do as well. The Spirit Filled Bible does NOT promote the prosperity gospel anywhere that I can find. When reading the notes he referenced 'get your miracle' in Matthew 6:33 it is actually called Pathway if Miracles. This Kingdom Dynamic actually says the opposite, you need to put your focus on God's Kingdom 1st. The author writing this section may believe in the prosperity gospel but it is not espoused in this Bible.As a note I also love to use my CSB bible, which was translated by the Southern Baptist. If I dove into every commentor in the CSB Bible I am sure I can find some extra theology that I would not agree with, but I wont stop using my CSB.Many at our church read the CSB even though we are not Calvanists. Why, because it is translated well and accurately, I do not have to agree with all the commentators views. The same goes for this version.3rd- I really love this version because it helps believers learn and grow in the Holy Spirit. Growing up Baptist, we learned that God is 3-in-1: the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. I got lots of teaching on God the Father Creator, God the Son, and nothing on God the Holy Spirit. I wondered why we didn't talk about the 3rd person in the trinity in which we believed in. We receive Him when we accept Christ as our Savior. He is real, He is the Comforter, Counselor and Empowerer to Christians lives. This Spirit Filled Bible is here to help you grow and learn more about the Holy Spirit. If you are truly interested in growing as a believer, I highly recommend this.
Beautifully written, easy to read,follow, understand and learn
I have an old edition from the 1990s and misplaced it. I was so upset, I ordered this one. Not much difference between the two, it's such a wonderful study bible, really glad to have it. BTW.. on the day it came, I found the first one, a true blessing. Still keeping the new one, never know who may need one.

I really love this bible! It's packed with information and good practices that will help both new and long-term believers in their daily studies and prayers. The larger print is very comfortable to read and it's not too heavy for a large, hard backed book. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this bible to anyone.

Beautifully presented. Was highly recommended as a study Bible. Is quite large and heavy so not really suitable as a take anywhere Bible, but as I am using it for Home study only it’s fine for me. I chose the NKJV because I have had several different translations over the years and felt I wanted to go back to NKJ in this bible but it also comes in NLT and NIV.
