My second grade class love the poems in this book. They are fun and easy for them to read. I have put together copies of the poems into a folder, which has been well used this second week of school. A perfect addition for reading with somebody for fluency.

I've used this book with virtual nonreaders in mid-elementary school who initially were very reluctant to practice reading. Perfect Poems changed this. The fun content made repeated readings fun and students themselves requested to try reading an assigned poem over and over until they achieved it correctly. Sometimes they would ask to take poems home to read to family. Excellent resource!

This book of “Perfect Poems” has been very helpful and informative on our fluency journey. The only reason for the 4 stars is I wished there was a little more guidance for the parent/teacher. However, I fully endorse this product if you are looking to improve fluency in speech and reading. The poems work on many patterns that can help build up fluent language skills. Looking forward to continuing to use this with our family!
