Great price point for these three books. These books are suitable for many age groups. My son is three months old and loves The Lonely Firefly. The last page is battery operated where are fireflies light up, he get excited everytime.

I'm a second grade teacher. This is my favorite children's author, and it's rare to find this set in a bookstore. While these are board books with great artwork by the author, perfect for very young children, the kids will keep loving them well into their school years. And as they grow, there is more in the books for them: They include skills to learn like counting, reading a clock face, knowing colors, understanding metamorphosis (a standard for 1st or 2nd grade, depending on your state), and they are just FULL of morals. If you like these, you should also search out The Very Grouchy Ladybug, The Mixed Up Chameleon (camouflage is also a main theme for many second grade curricula), and A House for Hermit Crab, among others by Eric Carle. I highly recommend this author!

My kids loves Eric Carle since the age of 1. The Very Lonely Firefly have actual flickering lights which was a surprise to the kids.

The pictures and stories are timeless. My 1 year old son loves there books. I have given them as gifts a couple times.
Lovely collection of books a must for any Cloudbabies fan!
Very well thought out layout of Cloud babies books, which for any fan would give much enjoyment. Originally brought as part of my nieces birthday but have also brought again for my daughter. These books have certainly helped my little one learn her colours and she loves looking at the different picture layouts. Very good very colourful - Will certainly keep until little one is ready to read!

エリック・カールの名作絵本シリーズ、見て触って楽しんで！
「はらぺこあおむし」の本がもうボロボロになってしまっていたので早速購入しました。他の本も読んだことはなかったのですが（あまり期待せずに？！）待っていたところ、中を開けてみて大満足！大きさは小さめながら、すべてボードブックで、何としっかりした箱付き。他の２冊も同じような内容のシリーズですが、一冊は蜘蛛の巣の部分が触ってわかるような印刷になっており、もう一冊は最後のページをめくるとホタルのおしりがチカチカ光るのです。（因みに「はらぺこあおむし」はあおむしの食べたところが円くカットされている仕掛けです。）子どもたちも大喜びで、一目で気に入った様子。値段は安くはないけれど、これらの仕掛けがついていることと長く保存できることを考えると「お得」だと思います。

The books came in excellent condition! The whole package remained shrink wrapped. The firefly book came with working batteries that were required. Would definitely recommend!
