We’ve been reading The Berenstain Bears books to our three boys (now 9, 6, and 3) for years, and this one is a standout! Its fun, engaging story about manners and values hooks the kids while sparking great discussions. The clear, relatable way it explains why manners matter resonates with our boys, who love connecting the story to their own lives—like when our 6-year-old proudly used “please” after a reminder from Brother Bear!The colorful illustrations and familiar Bear family keep even our 3-year-old glued to the pages, while the text is perfect for our 9-year-old to read aloud to his brothers, building his confidence. We love how it balances entertainment with lessons, making bedtime stories both fun and meaningful.As lifelong fans, we cherish the memories these books create. This one’s a gem for teaching kids morals in a way they’ll love and remember. Highly recommend for families with young readers!

This is a great book. It's fun to read, entertaining, educational, and opens communication. It shows a realistic view of attitudes toward manners with great explanations what they are, why they are needed, and exceptions to rules.I read this with my 6 yo grandson. I loved how engaged he was from cover to cover. I was impressed how he related to the story and connected moments with people or events in his own life. It made me realize how well he paid attention and just how valuable this medium is for teaching.I'm a Berenstain Bears fan, so I definitely recommend this book (and series). The fact it helped create great memories with my daughters and now grands just endears the books to me more. So well done for all ages!!

Our seven yr old has struggled tremendously w all things reading and writing. I cant even begin to quantify the hrs of sleep I've lost worrying, stressing, crying... trying to find something -ANYTHING!- to spark his interest and turn him onto reading.And then I remembered the Berenstain Bears. These funny little bear books are our miracle. I've LOVED to read my whole life. I have the fondest memories of my grandmother reading dozens of Berenstain Bears books to me as a little girl... and then of me re-reading them to her. Introducing our little lovey to the Berenstain Bears has been jst... wonderful.YES - They're too, too much for a six or seven yr old to read solo. They're def intended for co-reading / joint reading.For me - these are the perfect books for teaching grade school kiddos ab theme, plot, character developmt, etc... while slowly transitioning fr me reading to him and daddy [ha!] to him reading to us.Basically: Highly recommend. =)

Great kids seris with a more biblical world view. Sometimes when the books talk about God, the theology is kind of iffy in my opinion, but i like that i don't have to worry much about progressive ideas being fed to my kids. My kids love reading and collecting these books.

História interessante mas achei o nível difícil para crianca que está iniciando o aprendizado do inglês.

Received a damaged book. The corner was torn. And the print seems a little dull compared to the other Berenstain book that i have.
Nice book for kids
I love books that help teach/reinforce life lessons to my kids. These books are a bit longer than other kids books. I read them to my 4 year old. Good value for money and nice book
