I’m a vet tech and I love this little thing so much. I don’t reference it a ton, but when I need it, it’s there and it is so informative. I pulled it out the other day and the DVM I was working with goes “I have the same one in my bag!”

The only reason why I did not give this 5 stars is because I think they could have given/broken down things just a little more in the sense, I still felt like I was reading a text book, not looking at a "quick reference". I did think all the information in the PDQ was helpful and more than plenty, perhaps too much "fluffy" information that we could do without or it's mentioned more than once/ in an odd spot. The pages w tabs are the only ones laminated, the other pages are like regular textbook pages so it is easy to take and write personal notes or edits towards your liking with some pages having lots of space. Some pages usually with charts will be sideways which can be helpful. Fits in most scrub pockets. I have several different types of tops and bottoms and had no issues sliding this is most of the pockets. I will say, in daily use, it will fall out of your pocket at some point. So depending on your person, it's up to you if you want it to weigh you down. I also wouldn't exactly want to share it for fear of it being damaged, but I think it would be helpful in daily practice until you're more familiar then you'll forget you have it. Keep it near by when you have a brain fart, otherwise it's a decent learning tool for newer technicians learning to be in the clinic setting

Great reference book use it all the time
Good handbook
Got this for my daughter who studied to be a vet tech. She wanted this pocket book just as a handy reference to confirm what she does.It just took a few months for delivery.
Amazing, handy, detailed
Book is light weight, feels super handy for most situations, nice organized so if uncertained, can refer easily. Very cute small and handy book. And answers are very straightforward, not a lot of explanations as it is a handy book. Would 100% reccomend for any vet nurses out there
Loads of great information but good for Americans
Was a great little book but I had to return because it seems more helpful in America than the UK with the medications and the vaccines which is what I mainly wanted it for
