For as long as I can remember, I have given this "Beginner's Bible" to all new born babies that I know. My daughter had one and the pictures are very bright and beautiful. The stories capture a lot in a few pages. This is a Bible that little ones can understand. I used to read it to her each night then when she began to read she would read it to me each night. She read it all throughout her youth. She is 34 years old now and still has her "Beginner's Bible" at her home. This is the perfect Bible for small children as they learn the basics of the Bible and the love of Jesus.

Love the pictures/illustrations. Very colorful. All the Bible stories that need to be told are here. Wish there had been more story development with Noah and his Ark, but overall, a nice book to read to children.
