Amazing controller, feels great, oozes quality and competitive
I had a wolverine v3 pro Xbox wireless controller and started having issues like ghost input and would not turn on at times and overall something didn't feel right playing with it.Then I sent that back under warranty and bought this, probably the best controller I have ever put my hands on the grips are great and feel soft and smooth the buttons feel amazing and for sure have seen a noticeable difference in FPS games, battlefield 6, helldivers2, black ops 6 etc.ONE THING YOU NEED TO KNOWTo get the Scuf Valor Pro wireless Companion App on your Device be it PC or XBOX etc.you must navigate through the scuf product support page, open the manual link at the bottom of the page and find the companion app section and find the link to download from that device specifically through its web browser. I.e. I had to navigate to this page and link while on my Xbox and through the edge browser just to be able to download it on my series x.

Xbox elite controller user for years.after going through 5 controllers I moved to razer Wolverine 8K but comfort level was unacceptable,moved to this due to the 1000 hz polling rate wired on PC and such a quality controller,comfort is off the charts,so responsive even with the wireless mode at 500hz,elite 2 was barely 100,super sharp quality controller,TMR sticks feel amazing

The media could not be loaded. SCUF have excelled with this product. The superb ergonomic design of it's grips, customisable TMR thumbsticks which notably their anti stick drift technology works very well. It's about time all controllers used this technology as stock/factor default. Read the other reviews and watch some YouTube videos. Value for money and in my opinion, the best controller of 2025 and early 2026 for Xbox & PC

The SCUF Valor Pro Wireless Performance Xbox Controller is a high-end option clearly aimed at players who want speed, control and flexibility. Straight out of the box it feels solid and well made, with excellent packaging that matches the premium positioning. In the hand it is comfortable, well balanced and reassuringly weighty without being tiring. Setup on PC was straightforward, with the wireless pairing quickly and reliably, and Xbox integration is just as smooth.The four rear paddles and instant triggers are the real highlights here. They genuinely help keep your thumbs on the sticks during fast-paced play, particularly in shooters and action-heavy games. The TMR thumbsticks feel precise and responsive, with a familiar resistance that should suit most players, and the ability to tweak deadzones through the SCUF app is a welcome touch. Connectivity options are plentiful too, with low-latency wireless, Bluetooth and wired modes all available, making it easy to switch between console and PC setups.Battery life is respectable at around 17 hours, and the included braided USB-C cable feels durable and well suited to regular charging or wired play. There are plenty of thoughtful extras in the box, including spare thumbsticks and paddle blanking plates. The only real downside is the price. At £179.99, it is undeniably expensive. That said, the build quality, feature set and overall performance do justify the cost to a degree. This is very much a case of getting what you pay for.
50/50 if you get a controller that will register the app connection
Honestly was excited for this product i got the app on the xbox and the PC. The product arrived i got plugged in and guess what! The app doesnt pick up the controller on xbox and PC! Ive then taken to forums and discovered a lot of users have the same issue whilst very few have had no problems at all. You are taking a huge risk when buying this product its 50/50 the app has been out for a while so no excuse and scuf customer support is so poor! If you are to buy this controller please consider a place like argos so that way its easier to replace ot refund this item Bolo will take forever up to 2 to 3 weeks
Light grey units are faulty
So my light grey one arrived, and I like the controller. It feels great ergonomically, the grips are nice, the ability to remap buttons to the buttons on the back is nice and those buttons are great along with the instant click triggers. The issue I have is the controller is not detected by the companion app, meaning im missing out on a bunch of functionality. A quick Google reveals that there's a bunch of Reddit pages of people with light grey controllers with the same issue. Scuf are clearly aware of the issue, yet are still selling the grey controllers, which is disappointing. They spent an hour or 2 one evening emailing me trying various things to troubleshoot the issue but the issue persists. If there is no fix soon I will be returning the controller.
Highly recommend
This controller is a top notch. It is comfortable and very well balanced. Highly recommended it for top players.
