Sweet but not too strong - having been concerned about the flavour before trying them. They are individually wrapped in little sachets so the right amount can be added to water each time. Also stored a a neat box, keeping them tidy in the cupboard. They also work well, minimising the likelihood of cramp and keep you hydrated. Recommended and good value for money.

When exercising, or in hot weather, it is important to keep hydrated, but when sweating you also lose lots of salts so you need electrolytes when taking on additional water in order to restore your body's balance.These salts come in individual sachets, containing a mix of essential minerals, with each sachet intended to be mixed with 500ml of water - personally I find that to be much too sweet so I tend to use one sachet per litre of water instead. Despite being very sweet, the salts contain no sugar and are therefore healthier than many of the cheaper alternatives.In order to tone down the sweetness I sometimes mix the packet with an equivalent amount of Himalayan salt, and then dilute it in twice the quantity of water, and this can make it more palatable.At £1 per sachet they are quite expensive, but you are at least getting good quality for the price.

The directions recommend 1–2 sachets per day, depending on intensity and sweat loss.Overall, this is a well-made, no-nonsense electrolyte drink with a functional flavour profile and clean ingredients. I don't understand the other 5star reviews - I bought these based on the comments on Bolo and I have to say they are poor quality in comparison to the brand I was previously usingThe taste is ok however the quality is poor imo - I don't feel hydrated at all where as I always felt the benefit when using a different brand.Maybe spend less on the fancy packaging / branding and more on the ingredientsExpensive and a waste of money

I already use Puresport electrolyte sachets daily so jumped at the chance to try the Watermelon Salt flavour. Having used many different electrolyte brands over the years these are definitely my favourite - they are a premium product and do an excellent job of replenishing your body with everything it needs to stay hydrated and working to its full potential. The single use sachets are great and are perfect for travel/work and I always keep a few in my bag. I personally mix mine with 1.9l of water which I find keeps the taste just right for me without being too overpowering. I really like watermelon so have enjoyed this different flavour. If you haven't used Purport electrolytes before you may find them initially quite salty but you soon get used to the taste and start to enjoy them.A little more expensive than some others but you get what you pay for in my opinion with these - happy to recommend.

I already knew that he really rates this particular Puresport brand as I had previously ordered him the Puresport Intro Runner's Bundle and he was really impressed with it. He has tried various brands before but he singled this one out as being 'excellent' - his exact word.Everything about it suggests quality, from the packaging, to the labelling, to the taste, to how the powder dissolves easily.
