You must follow the directions. Wash and completely dry your feet twice a day, then apply this. Between the toes it cures quickly, on the sole and side of the foot it takes longer, the worse the infection the longer it takes to clear but this does work.

It worked miracles to be completely honest, when I put it on my face, I mixed it equal parts Neosporin andt Neosporin, and it was sensational overnight
