    Product is great, I did have to purchase decent raw plugs though as the ones supplied were pretty bad and just rotated in the wall.Customer service is great, had to get in touch with them a couple times regarding delivery, as it was meant to arrive 3 or 4 days after purchase, but ended up taking a lot longer due to Evri forstly losing the package (how do you lose a punch bag!?) Then eventually after finding it they told gave me a delivery time slot and didn't turn up, I did eventually get it though.The product itself seems to be really sturdy, decent quality for the price. If you are after something you'd see at a gym or dojo, this isn't quite that, it's a bit softer than most, but still really good for home use.

    The bag itself is of good enough quality for the money, I do wonder how long it’ll last but it’s a punch bag, it’s going to take some beating. Gloves are fine, are of good quality but you might want to buy better bag gloves down the line.Quality of the other components such as wall mount is pretty good and sturdy. Feels like it’ll take a lot more weight when on the wall.I bought a heavy strap from Bolo to hang the bag from the joists in the garage so I can position the bag away from the wall more than if I used the wall mount.Not sure about the gimmicky additional stuff like the mini gloves etc but no other real kits exist on Bolo for a reasonable cost.Overall great value for money and good quality kit.

    Instructions say you need a 10mm masonry drill bit, so I went and purchased one. Guess what, its a 12mm you need so that was £7.48 wasted plus the time to go back and forth to B&Q.Then one of the raw bolts literally fell apart. So again more time wasted going back to B&Q and another £7.68 wasted.Finally got the bracket fixed into place and time to hang the bag, o no, the D Shackle bolt would not tighten up, more money and time wasted..........................Update 24th Nov 2024: Whilst I was disappointed with the fixing kit, I feel it only fair to update the review. Once I posted the review their customer service team did reach out to me. They listened to the challenges i had faced and refunded the extra costs I had incurred. I was not expecting this and it is a measure of a good company and great customer service when companies do the right thing.last update, having been using the bag daily and it is perfect.

    Ein wirklich gut geschnürtes Anfänger Paket. Es ist eine Stabile und einfach konstruierte Wandhalterung mit schrauben und Dübeln sowie ein Paar Boxhandschuhe und natürlich der große Boxsack dabei. Eben alles was man für das Training und das etup zuhause benötigt. Der Boxsack selbst wirkt sehr stabil und ist doch schwerer als gedacht. Insgesammt macht alles einen Qualitativ guten Eindruck und spaß macht es auch Boxübungen daran auszuüben. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

    The frame doesn’t fit anywhere, I wouldn’t recommend this unless you want to buy material and tools to put this up.

    The sandbag has a good quality and the weight is enough for normal training.The wall support is working until now, I had some training in punch and kicks and it could support the bag movement.The boxing gloves are not that good. However, it is enough for the begineers.In overall, it is a good product for the price, the sandbag can be adjusted for higher weight and I think the support can withstand 10kgs more. It depends on how you fixed on the wall.
