The Sendo Evo Cool 9000BTU arrived by DPD on time and in brand new condition in original box.The seller was great with communication and offers a 3 month warranty, which I wasn't totally happy with but how often will it be used in the UK !Comes complete with remote and batteries and a drain hose for the humidifier and the exhaust pipe with window adapter and instructions A++ efficiency, so all good.I've never heard of this make and couldn't find any information about this air conditioning unit but it works great and cools the room down within 10-20 minutes and is fairly quiet and it's seems well built.The remote has a digital display and lights up, which is great.Has wheels for easy moving from room to room but it weighs a ton to lift, so far I'm very impressed.

It's far bigger than I was expecting but is built well and is easy to use. The hose vent duct isn't quite long enough for my needs so I'm going to have to buy an extension kit, but otherwise it's fine. It's quite noisy when set to cool, a little louder than a normal fan, but it's not unpleasant and there is a sleep mode for overnight that quietens it down a bit. It cools really well, the lowest setting of 16 degrees is quite chilly. I really like that it has a fan mode and can also be used as a dehumidifier which means that it's a functional device all year round and not just in the summer months.I'm impressed with it initially, especially for the price. Time will tell how durable it is.

I bought this product so my son could sleep comfortably when it was warm. The unit is SO LOUD I can hear it through the concrete wall. So very useless to us. What a total waste of money!!!

I paid ยฃ280 for itMy UK living room takes 7 full strides corner to corner. This unit on full power is keeping me at 24 degrees when it is 32 degrees outside all day.You stick the big pipe on the back and stick the pipe out the window. Do buy a proper UK window kit with a zipper, which is just velcro that sticks and attaches around the window.This unit (and I think most air con units) drip water from a hose while they run. So place a bowl for the hose to run into and empty it, or lift the air con high and stick the hose out the window with the pipe. The hose needs to run down. Isn't as much faff as it sounds.I would recommend using a ceiling fan as well, it will help the unit circulate air.It is loud, you are tripping balls if you think you could sleep with this on without ear plugs. But my understanding is they all are.I would have considered a named brand, maybe that would shave off a small amount of noise? And given a slight performance increase? But at the moment, named brands are either sold out, or asking silly money. And I don't really care, it only gets hot like 2 weeks out of the year, a bit like your mum, because she only makes an effort for her birthday and christmas

My experience us very much like the others posted. The unit is quieter than I expected even when on higher fan speeds. I vented it through a wall so I cannot comment on the window kit. I use it in a large sitting room and it cools it fairly quickly. It's easy to set up and control. The instructions are rather frightening, presumably as a result of translation.
