I would first just point out that these are pasta sheets for a lasagne, and thinks that the "sheet" term needs to be much more clearer in the title of this product. Overall taste once cooked is fine, with a normal cook time for my lasagne using vegetables and good texture - not too chewy and not too soft. Price is a little on the top side for me but overall a good product for keto needs.

These are an interesting substitute - I'm trialling a gluten free diet and actually they are perfectly tolerable and even quite tasty. I wouldn't go as far as saying they are a direct swap as they aren't - you definitely notice a taste and texture difference ans they are more chewy, but I quite like them. Nice high protein content as well if this is something you are aiming for. I think for those with dietary requirements they are a great option, and at a fair price. If I didnt have this need I wouldn't bother but for me at this time they are something I am pleased to have found and have in the cupboard...

These are dried lasagne sheets that are made of edamame beans rather than from wheat.They are an interesting change from normal lasagne sheets, but they don't taste the same or have the same texture. They are firmer and less soft. I do like them, and they are a good alternative if you can't tolerate gluten. Quite an interesting type of pasta. Next I am going to try cooking them and cutting into strips to make something more like tagliatelle, then add sauce to it as I think that might work well.

You get a retail pack of boxes of these edamame paste sheets. It's easy to use, just like pasta ones, you put one, layer some sauce/meat/whatever you want/, puyt another, repeat, and then oven.It's quite a different result from the traditional thing, as in id doesn't become a giant cake of mixed ingredients, and it retains its shape and doesn't really let the ingredients permeate it, but it's an interesting change. And the macros are quite good too.So not bad, for an experiment, but I doubt I'll do it more than once, and of course I'm stuck with quite a few

This only works as a lasagne sheet if you have specific requirements, such as gluten-free or low carb. It isn't good enough to use if you don't have those requirements. e.g. I am not vegan but I eat plenty of vegan foods because they are nice in themselves. This isn't like that - it is a substitute that is not good enough in its own right.Anyway, if you do need a pasta substitute, this does a pretty good job. It is a bit tougher than pasta, both firmer to cut and firmer to bite, but looks the part and has a neutral taste. I have made two lasagnes with it, both in a slow cooker, and it was good enough. Good enough to someone who was gluten free, and I'd say it is about 60% as good as real pasta. I will experiment some more with making my own pasta tubes, and I am happy to continue working through the six packets, but probably won't buy again.

I love edamame beans so I was very excited to try these lasagne sheets and I love them.They are firmer than wheat lasagne so hold their shape well and add a hint of edamame flavour to your lasagne. I like the firmness and prefer these sheets to my usual lasagne.There are six boxes in the pack and, priced at £18.80 (at the time of review), they are reasonably priced at around £3.13 per box.

A bulk pack of edamame sheets which isn't clear from the listing - these are JUST the sheets.Made a moderately sized veggie lasagne using these and gotta say it was tasty! They have a firmer texture to traditional sheets but I quite liked that. Makes what would otherwise be quite stodgy and gives it some firmness.I love to see healthier alternatives for everyday items so quite a fan!

This is an alternative for standard pasta but they have quite a different taste and texture to, let’s say, corn or spelt lasagne sheets. The taste is quite hard to describe, definitely more vegetably rather than starchy and the texture is quite firm and a little on the chewy side. I found them quite tasty in the vegetable lasagne I made. I quite like that the sheets are square rather than rectangular which makes layering easier depending on the shape of the dish.
