GLP-1 Capsules 60m for Appetite Regulate & Gut Health, Increases GLP-1 Levels Supports Appetite Control, Probiotics to Help Control Hunger & Cravings, Promotes Metabolic Health and Digestive ComfortAs with any supplement it can take days, weeks or even months to see any noticeable difference however these GLP-1 Capsules do actually seem to be making me less hungry, maybe its just the placebo effect who knows but lets see if I've lost any weight in week or two!The casuals are easy to swallow and are tasteless, my only concern is that they're made in China and there has been quite a lot of negative reports on cosmetics and supplements coming over from there, other than that they seem ok.

You need to take 2 capsules daily, on an empty stomach, so I presume that means that you need to take them both before breakfast, unless your health provider has told you different.They are capsules, which I always find easier to swallow than tablets, but they aren't particularly large, so that helps too.I find them tasteless and odourless and they don't leave an after-taste.At the current price of £17.99 for a month, they are a bit on the pricy side, but if they work as well as the jabs of this stuff are said to do, then I'd be happy to pay that for them. A month should be more than long enough to see if they work for you/me.

I wasn't expecting anything from these supplements, so I'm not disappointed or surprised that they don't work. If, however, you are hoping that they will have the same effects as a jab, sadly you will be disappointed.They have had no effect for me whatsoever. Not even in terms of energy, despite the levels of caffeine in a serving. I wonder if they are in fact supposed to provide nutrients required by people already taking the jab rather than mimic it? If so it needs to be clearer so as not to mislead buyers.As it stands, I cannot recommend.

Been trying these for a few weeks now and can honestly say, I’ve seen no change whatsoever since using them.They’re easy to swallow and have no taste, other than that, they’ve been pointless.

I’ve been taking these for almost two weeks now, and I think I’m feeling less hungry, but it’s really difficult to say at the moment. I’m trying to eat healthy foods and drink more water so it could just be that. I haven’t lost any weight. There are sixty capsules in the bottle and the directions say to take two a day, so this bottle will last for a month. I wonder if, while taking these capsules, you become more aware of what you are eating and drinking and so the feeling-fuller result is because of that awareness. They don’t have a flavour and the capsules are easy to take. I’ve had no side effects so I’ll continue on to finish the bottle. I’m undecided on these but am still hopeful that the full effect will kick in at some point.

I’ve been taking the recommended dose of 2 capsules a day for the last 2 weeks, I have also been following a low fat, low Calorie diet and exercising on average 50 minutes a day.My personal thoughts are these are a good supplement to take alongside diet and exercise. They are easy to swallow, didn’t produce any adverse side effects and ensured a wide range of vitamins were being provided daily which could have been lost through a restricted diet. As for controlling hunger, I can’t say I saw any improvement in this area. My portions remained pretty much consistent and I was always ready for my meal 4 to 5 hours later.I’m still on the fence, I have lost weight but a lot of effort has been put in - not just solely reliant on the supplements, so if you are looking for a miracle weight loss product then this definitely isn’t for you. At 17.99 at time of review, I think you are paying a premium for the benefits I personally gained from it.

Been taking these for a couple days now. You get 60 in the bottle and are supposed to take two per day so a 30 day supply. I've been taking them mid day before lunch to help regulate my appetite as I have a very light breakfast around 6 am as part of my weight loss programme.I suppose I feel less hungry but it's hard to tell if these are working, I believe they are. They have a lot of bacteria in them which I suppose is what drives the price up a bit, these are a bit dear but not out of the realm of sanity compared to similar products.The one thing I find puzzling is there are a boatload of real nutrients and vitamins listed, but no %NRV listed? Does that mean are the amounts of vitamins listed in such low doses that there is no practical benefit for your body? Only for this reason I'm knocking off a star.But overall a very good product and I can recommend it.
