I've been using these tablets to aid my digestion, and they appear to be effective. The ingredients are reliable for digestive support, and I appreciate that they are organic. The instructions recommend taking them after meals, so I take them after breakfast and dinner to space them out.

These tablets are small and easy to swallow. Even though you're taking two daily. This container of 120 will last you 42 months. There is a long expiry date and if you are going to use it regularly, the three pack is especially good value for money and I would think about ordering them in the future. I appreciate that this supplement is organic can also plant based which are a couple of criteria. I always look out for I like the strong dosage you're getting here and overall I am really impressed with this supplement.
