Having used these for a few days, I think they have somewhat reduced my hunger, but they don't produce the full effect of physically preventing you from eating like a GLP-1 injection does.They suggest taking 2 capsules a day on an empty stomach, and after a few days I started noticing that I wasn't as hungry, but I could still eat if I wanted to.The capsules themselves have no smell, taste or aftertaste and are fairly small and easy to swallow with a little bit of water.The GLP-1 core ingredients include; Hops Flower Extract, Eriocitrin and Green Tea Extract. Which all have very limited clinical trials regarding their actual GLP-1 effectiveness. Although that's not to say that they don't have other health benefits (green tea extract especially).As well as the GLP-1 core ingredients there are a whole host of other ingredients that can help support a diet and healthy lifestyle - 43 in total!Some of these include L-carnitine & CLA which are both good for fat burning, Glucomannan (a fibre to help you feel fuller), and a probiotic blend of cultures.None of these ingredients are magic bullets when it comes to weight loss, but most of them do have some clinical trails that supports their use as a diet or lifestyle supplement. It's especially convenient to be able to take all of these ingredients in 1 capsule.Currently priced at £18 for a 30 day supply (60p a day) I think that's a reasonable price.Overall these capsules won't make you lose weight on their own, but they do have some quality ingredients that can help support your diet and weight loss journey.

It’s packed with natural ingredients like probiotics and turmeric that help boost glp1 levels, which basically supports metabolism and keeps cravings in check. the formula has 43 active ingredients, so it’s really comprehensive. I take it daily to help with my digestion and overall metabolic health.

I've tried this supplement for a few days so far. While the results haven't been dramatic in terms of weight loss, the product has worked as described - I feel fuller for longer and I'm less inclined to snack (particularly at the end of the day), which is what I was hoping for. This is a solid choice if you're looking for something to support your metabolic and digestive health.

I really like the supplement. It has a large amount of ingredients and the range of botanicals as impressive. Since taking it, I have had no issues or any side-effects and felt a reduction in appetite. The price of just under £20 is pretty reasonable. Specially as you are getting a full month supply. It's hard to tell just how successful it has been, but certainly I don't have the same cravings I did before. Capsules are typical size and they are easy enough to swallow.
