After taking these for a couple of weeks I do think that they have reduced my hunger slightly but they don't provide the full effect where you physically can't eat anymore that the jabs do.The bottle is quite small and the ingredients list is almost unreadable on the bottle, but it suggests that you take 2 capsules a day. It doesn't say when to take them or if you should take them together, split up, with food, without food etc. But I've been taking them in a morning on an empty stomach and after a few days I started noticing that I wasn't as hungry, but I could still eat if I wanted to.The capsules themselves have no smell, taste or aftertaste and are fairly small and easy to swallow.The GLP-1 core ingredients; Hops Flower Extract, Eriocitrin & green tea extract all have very limited clinical trials regarding their actual GLP-1 effectiveness. Although that's not to say that they don't have other health benefits (green tea extract especially).Other ingredients include L-Carnitine and CLA that are popular weight loss & fat burning supplements, and glucomannan that's a fibre that can help you feel fuller.At the end of the day these aren't a miracle pill that will instantly make you lose weight, but I think they do have some ingredients that can help and your focus and support whilst dieting. They cost just around 66p a day which is an affordable price.

These capsules are easy enough to swallow. However the need to have them 30 minutes before food is tricky as I tend to eat when I'm hungry and can't wait that long. I feel that the label is misleading. These are NOT a GLP 1 medication. They are a supplement. Having GLP 1 in massive writing with supplement underneath is misleading. They know what they are doing. I have not found them to have any effect on appetite at all, in fact I believe my cravings have increased since taking them. I fear that they have just jumped on the weight loss medication bandwagon and luring desperate people in.

These tablets are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste. I have tried to take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. After a week or so of taking them, I haven't noticed much difference. I am slightly less hungry and perhaps a bit fuller than I would get normally. Don't expect a miracle change with these. I already take a gut microbiome supplement and hoped this would help reduce cravings but sadly not noticed much at all.

Right, I grabbed this out of curiosity after reading a bit about GLP-1 and how it affects appetite and blood sugar. I’m not after drastic weight loss, but anything that helps me stop inhaling half a packet of biscuits during toddler nap time is worth a look.Been taking these daily for a couple of weeks, and I’ve definitely noticed fewer snack cravings – especially in the evening, which is usually when I raid the fridge like a raccoon. I have been using these GLP-1 supplements for a few days now. I take them on an empty stomach first thing and then try not to eat anything for as long as possible afterwards. I find that they stop me feeling so hungry and when I do eat I feel fuller, quicker. So far I have lost 1.5 lbs in a few days which is ok. I'd like to lose more but I guess slowly and surely is good enough. I will continue to take them as anything helps. No unpleasant side effects experienced.

These appear to be good quality capsules that come in a plastic container with safety seal.The capsules have no noticeable taste or smell but they are quite large, although still fairly easy to swallow.There is 60 in the pack and the recommendation is to take 2 tablets daily giving a months supply so reasonable value.So far I can't know the effectiveness of these but will update my review accordingly
