I've had a lot of problems with B vitamins over the years, but need to take them as I'm a vegetarian. Innopure are definitely the best brand I've tried. The tablets are small and free of everything bad - including artificial sweetners. I started on the plain B12 (excellent) but then thought I'd risk the complex even though in the past other brands have made me vomit. These are great. No nausea, no vomiting. And since I've been using them my energy levels are high and my insomnia is dramatically improved. If you are in two minds, give them a try. You won't regret it.

I'm a personal trainer, always researching and learning about how to feel better and improve. I've try various B vitamin complex supplements before, but none have been so concise as the Innopure product. Containing all 8 B vitamins in good doses. Nice and small in size, easy to take with food and very well presented in a neat little bottle. B vitamins get very little recognition regarding there importance to a healthy lifestyle. Clarity of mind, improved energy levels, reductions in training fatigue really make them a essential supplement for a healthy active lifestyle. I recommended B vitamins to my clients and now I'll be recommending this product. Good job Innopure

These tablets came well packaged and the seal on them was firm. The slight hint of aroma you get with the usual vitamin B complex tablets is certainly not noticeable with these tablets. They are easy to swallow and leave no after-taste.I've only started taking them for a few days so can't comment on the effectiveness, however for this price you'd be hard pressed to find a product as good value for money as this. Will be buying more next time.I've been taking these tablets for almost 4 months now and they have not had any aroma. Both my wife and I religious take them daily and they have had no bad after effects. Very happy with the purchase overall

I researched these before buying them and they currently seem the best value for money for a 100% RDA Vitamin B complex on Bolo.I've just been diagnosed with clinical depression; I have been really struggling, having 'off the scale' crazy moments and not looking after myself very well (feeling crappy and just eating junk basically). I discussed all of this with a mate who is a doctor and he recommended a few supplements to help me out with both energy levels and mental health.I've been taking these for a week and a half now, I do feel more settled mentally and I certainly seem to have more energy and motivation. I am also taking magnesium citrate on my mate’s advice and some tranquiliser like anti depressants issued by my GP so these may well be contributing too ? I am looking to start taking hemp oil for omega 3 & 6 too, I hope this will also help me.In summary, I'm happy with the way things are going so far and I feel these pills are a good part of that, I will certainly continue to take these.

Pills are small although porosive and therefore not easy to swallow for me. I do like the packaging, less waste and small for travel. Can’t really say anything about if pills are working or not as I haven’t been taking them regularly

Brilliant, cost-effective vitamin B supplement. I have certainly felt brighter in mood and noticed more mental energy since I began supplementing with this product from Innopure. The B vitamins are important for the health of the nervous system and by taking this I help support its function. The pot is conveniently small, as are the tablets - meaning you'll experience no trouble swallowing them. Now if only they would offer a twin-pack like they do for Biotin I would be all set!
