I was very happy to receive this USB soldering iron - and it is a definite upgrade on my traditional plug in iron. It's lightweight, portable, convenient, and much less cumbersome. It heats up in about 3 minutes and you can choose whichever of the 3 included tips you need for the job at hand. You also get a small amount of solder, a small sponge, and some rosin (no idea what that is tbh). It's easy to charge via usb and comes in it's own travel case which is super handy. It shows the temperature on LED too although I just heat it to the max. Works well, does the job in a much better way than my old bulky plug in iron. Recommended!

This is quite an impressive portable soldering iron. It was quite intuitive to use which is just as well as the only paper included was all in Chinese.You long press to turn on - use the + and - button to select a temperature and you then see it gradually heat up to the preset level. The max temperature was 450oC. I have no idea how long this will last between charges or how long it will take to charge. Claimed times are 30 and 60 mins respectively.The tips included are easy to fit and remove and seem ideal for small more detailed work.The other parts included are more window dressing - just a small amount of solder and a tiny sponge pad and rest. The package is all about the iron itself.Overall happy to recommend.

This diymore rechargeable soldering iron is great and to be honest better than I was expecting. It comes with 3 different tips which are easy to fit and it heats up quickly to the desired temperature.It comes with a small stand and some solder to get you going and a nice case to hold everything, now obviously use common sense this is a very small iron designed for fine small soldering jobs on circuit boards and fine electronics etc.I think at the current price of less than £20 it is great value and I can highly recommend it.

Does not work. Not fit for purpose.After fully charging this item, I switched it on and set the temperature to 350 degrees C.After 20 minutes it finally reached the indicated temperature, and was just about able to partially melt very thin solder.At that point it lost heat.At that point the battery was empty.

This is a great little cordless soldering iron kit for the occasional DIY user, it comes with a few tips and recharging is via USB-C which is a great convenience. The temperature is easily adjustable by 1c units and its very comfortable and lightweight in the hand.In real terms the time it takes to heat and be usable is quite different to the claimed 6s to get to 400c. I found that it took 40s to get to my target temp of 330c and 2m30s before the tip would melt the solder.

Partiamo dal presupposto che non è un attrezzo professionale ed è senza la minima pretesa di esserlo! Diciamo che è un "simpatico" saldatore per principianti ed hobbisti che si divertono a riparare/creare circuiti.Il suo punto di forza è la velocità e la praticità di esecuzione! Possiedo altre stazioni saldanti più attrezzate ma onestamente questo qui in formato penna è molto più comodo, è semplice e soprattutto veloce da usare senza dover collegare fili ingombranti alla presa di corrente. Raggiunge la temperatura impostata in davvero pochi secondi.Nella descrizione c'è scritto che si può usare anche per gioielli ma onestamente non credo.. Secondo me è appunto più indicato per piccole riparazioni di circuiti, strisce LED, schede di elettrodomestici e così via..Quindi lo consiglio a tutti i principianti e gli hobbisti!
