I'm really happy with this product. The Dr Vegan brand was known to me but I hadn't used it before. I was attracted to the fact that this product has no additives / animal ingredients and is allergen free of 'the usual suspects' -gluten, dairy, wheat, lactose, sugar, starch and other nasties/fillers.I've been a regular user of magnesium glycinate for a long time but I really wanted to try the Dr Vegan brand as I'd heard good things and also for the reasons listed above about additives etc. This is pure magnesium glycinate giving 300mg magnesium per serving.I take magnesium every night at bedtime to relax my body and help with my sleep. I began using this brand as soon as it arrived on July 8th , but didn't review until I'd given it a week of so of use. I have genuinely noticed a real difference from the previous brand I was using. My sleep is good, but the real difference seems to be in the muscular relaxation I feel at night and the next morning which is 35 to 40% better in my own estimation. I also feel genuinely mentally calmer and more 'chilled out' than I have when I've used using other brands.Dr Vegan describes the packaging as 'Letterbox Friendly. I really liked that the packaging was so neat and made of paper and not plastic. It goes with the whole brand ethos. It's very good value at £12.99 for 60 capsules. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I'll absolutely buy and use this brand again. I'm really delighted with these and will now look at all their other products.

Have been taking magnesium for a few years. . Started these about 3 weeks agoTablets are easy to swallow and no aftertasteI have noticed my quality of sleep id definitely better so am assuming this is doing its job

Exactly what you would expect from magnesium glycinate. I have taken glycinate for a long time and regularly try different brands. I always choose pure glycinate instead of oxide or other types due to the increased bioavailability. This product gives pure magnesium glycinate with no inferior types of magnesium. The capsule is not too big and two capsules give approximately 80% of daily magnesium. Overall, it’s the same as all other magnesium glycinates which is exactly why it’s good. Decent value compared with other options and the packaging seems to be some kind of paper instead of plastic which is excellent for reducing plastic waste. I would use this brand again.
