Got this as I was interested to see if this product did actually work, as after reading various comments on the net it would appear this supplement is being quite affective for some people. I have definitely had no unwanted side effects-which is always an added bonus. They come in a medium sized capsule. In actual fact, I was genuinely surprised as they did diminish my hunger pangs, I did find myself feeling fuller and quite often not fully finishing a meal. Simply take two capsular on an empty stomach preferably 30 minutes before, and that’s your daily dosage. It is too early yet to feed back wether this has enabled me to loose any weight but it has definitely delivered on the “controlled hunger/cravings” as my biscuit barrel can testify.

You need to take 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach, so first thing in the morning.They are medium sized capsules, so easy to swallow, and they don't seem to have an odour and are tasteless and don't leave an aftertaste.They do seem a bit pricy for a month's supply, but if they are as good as the jabs of this stuff are supposed to be, then I think I would be prepared to pay it for a time.

These capsules arrived very quickly in clear and secure packaging. The list of ingredients was clear and there are a whole range of natural ingredients.The pack contains 60 capsules so, with 2 per day, that is about a months’ supply. I have been having 1 per day initially as I often suffer from a sensitive stomach. I have had no trouble with these those so will be moving to 2 per day.I certainly feel less like snacking between meals as I did before and hopefully that continues. It is definitely a slow and steady process but results are noticeable.A good price compared to similar products.
